|Easy paleo snacks|
It's 2015, and lots of people have weight loss goals. I usually stay really close to my goal weight. I have gained a few extra pounds during the holidays. I hate obsessing with a scale. I can become so addicted to it that it consumes me. A few summers ago, when I went off a medication, I gained quite a bit of weight. I was being so good and not seeing results. I finally hid my scale and just went with cavemen eating.
Eating a low carbohydrate diet was too strict for me. It had worked in the past, but I hate it. When I found out that Paleo included fruits, sweet potatoes, and dark chocolate I knew it was the one for me. Honestly, I haven't followed it in quite awhile, because I haven't needed to.
My main problem is when I'm hungry, I want to grab the first thing I see. So, I made a snack list which you will see above. I especially love key lime and cherry pie Larabars. I also have learned that I can't eat a can of black olives and lose weight. I was buying them by the case.
Also, additional Paleo items to be mindful of are raisins, dark chocolate, and sweet potatoes. Other than those items, you can eat all you want.
