I have been "clean eating" for about 6 weeks now. I need to eat every two to three hours. If I'm going to be running around getting errands done then I need to carry protein drinks with me. I had the chance to check out the Protein Shaker Bottle #MaximumMuscular.

I selected the blue bottle. The Protein Shaker Bottle also comes in green, orange, and purple. The bottom portion is great for storing your powder in case you're going to be away from home for awhile and need to keep your protein level up. Why is protein so important? It is essential in building muscle. I'm in physical therapy right now and haven't been allowed to do my normal workout routine. Having a toned, defined body is primarily about what foods you put into your body and less about working out!

Would I recommend the Protein Shaker Bottle? If you're on the go and need to keep your protein level up this is perfect. The top stayed closed nicely compared to the other shaker bottles that I own. I did notice some leakage the two times that I've used it. I made sure the cap was on tight and when I would shake it I would still have a little leakage. I would not call it leak-proof, but it is a lot better than the other bottles I have tried.
