The Mom Among Chaos girls love to try new food. We celebrated my co-blogger Stephanie's birthday with some homemade cocktails, Fuller House, and Raita Yogurt.

Raita Yogurt is a health focused yogurt dip with a spicy Indian flare. Raita is gluten-free and under 200 calories per serving. It comes in three different unique, exotic flavors.

We decided to do our taste testing with ingredients we already had on hand. We dipped with various gourmet crackers to try some variations.

Zesty Cucumber with Cilantro & Mint
The cucumber was the first container I opened. I love cucumber, mint, and cilantro. However, I could not get past the consistency of this yogurt. It smelled and tasted great but was way too watery and did not have a creamy texture.

Spicy Carrot with Cumin & Coriander
I'm not a huge carrot fan, but I loved this yogurt dip. The Indian spices are a great mix. I think this dip would taste great spread on a veggie pizza. It would make a nice healthy, spicy base instead of tomato sauce.

Tasty Tomato with Cumin & Coriander
I loved the flavor of this yogurt as well. It's not too spicy but not plain. It has an excellent flavor. I can see myself buying this yogurt as a dip for guests or using it on a sandwich roll-up.

I LOVE that Raita Yogurt is a local Michigan company. Raita can be found in Ann Arbor, Royal Oak, and Metro Detroit grocery stores including Vince and Joe's.

So, when you're planning your next get together or just want a healthy dipping option, look for Raita Yogurt at your local grocery store.

We are giving away a Raita Yogurt sampler pack to one local Metro Detroit resident. Enter to win!
