Mal Descendants Halloween Costume
If your child loves the Descendants, you will find a bunch of high-quality designs to choose from at Oriental Trading. My daughter wanted the Mal dress because she thought it was so gorgeous that she would not only wear it for Halloween but when she goes to a fancy restaurant.
This dress is so lovely that I wanted to get a close up to show you the detail that went into it. The dress does have a little of bit of tulle. My daughter is super sensitive to how things feel when they touch her skin, so she did have to wear a tank and shorts underneath which is an option if you child is sensitive to certain fabrics. Here in Michigan, the weather is usually cool by the end of October, so this dress is perfect for layering.
I was a face painter for quite a few years. Those days included wearing costumes. I did not have an extra wig cap on hand. My daughter's wig would have looked much better if I had one. If you do purchase any wigs, please make sure to grab a wig cap. They make a world of difference and make your wig fit so much better.
Would I recommend Mal Descendants Halloween Costume? Yes! So many costumes that you buy for Halloween are cheaply made and only can be worn once. This cute piece is made well, and my daughter has big plans to wear it to a fancy restaurant.
