I have been clean eating for about a month now. I'm on a mission to see my abdominal muscles by my 40th birthday. It's going really well, but that will be another post for another day. I was excited to review the #vespiral because this girl loves pasta and can't have it except for her cheat meal once a week. So, I thought it would be a great idea to make zucchini pasta (it didn't happen). Instead, I made sweet potato fries. Yum!

The Vespiral Vegetable Spiralizer is a creative kitchen tool used to produce seamless strands of nutritious packed vegetable noodles from vegetables such as zucchini, carrot, and cucumber.

The product comes with some of the latest technology in its field, including the nano-level engineered Gukyo blade that is aligned in precise geometric angle to provide users with the swiftest slice. To protect users from the blade, Vespiral introduces the advanced Finger Guard technology to provide users with yet another level of protection.

To ensure that users receive only premium quality spiralizer, Vespiral implements some of the world's most rigorous quality checking system which includes the Torsion Evaluation, Stress Point Test, and the VT inspection.

For a limited time, each spiral slicer comes with a Michelin-grade cookbook meticulously crafted by Vespiral's gourmet team. The guide features over 20 lushly illustrated recipe that comes with easy-to-follow instruction that guarantees restaurant quality.
As you can see from my video, I used the Vespiral to make thin sweet potato fries. They were so tasty. I used coconut oil and cinnamon then baked them. Very healthy and tasty.

Would I recommend the Vespiral? Yes. There are two different sizes, so you pick the shape that you would like. One is thinner and one side is thicker. You can use this handy little kitchen friend to make salads, pasta, fries, or anything else that you can dream up. Vespiral is dishwasher safe on the top rack. This is a super important feature for me because I hate hand washing. The only downfall is it gets really tiring on your arms. Well, you might as well work on those muscles while you're preparing your food.

You can pick up your very own Vespiral. Right now, they are only $11.76 on Amazon!

What would you make with the Vespiral?
