I was excited for my 7th Stitch Fix box because this box was for updating my wardrobe for my Miami trip. My husband and I had planned on celebrating my 40th birthday on the beach. Things didn't quite end up that way, thanks to hurricane Erika, but we still did spend the weekend on the beach. I asked my stylist, Haley, for some clothes for my Miami trip.

What is Stitch Fix? Stitch Fix is a styling service that sends you 5 pieces to update your current wardrobe. They use your Pinterest board to learn about your likes. You also fill out a style profile. The cool thing is when you find a stylist you like you can request them and usually your fixes become better and better based on how you rate what they send you. How much does this cost? If you buy nothing from Stitch Fix you lose a $20 styling credit. If you keep all 5 items you receive a 25% discount. My fixes usually range between $150-$200 if I keep all items.
Collective Concepts Simpson Halter Top
I love red, white, and blue, thanks to my Pinterest board, I'm sure my stylist knows that. I couldn't wait to try on this top. It had two buttons in the front that you could show off your abs or keep them covered. I didn't fall in love with this top. I'm really tired of this style that makes you look pregnant. Those days of my life are over. I sent this top back.

Loveappella Devon Pleated Mini Skirt
I had never received a mini skirt from Stitch Fix before. I was really pumped about it. I'm short, so I love clothes that make me look slightly taller. I was on edge about this outfit. I was torn and couldn't decide whether to keep it or return it. My husband and both girls gave the outfit thumbs down, so back it went. I kind of regret sending it back, but I have too many skirts and dresses.
Renee C Rachael Printed Dress
I wasn't sure about this dress when I first saw it because the print was busy. I loved that it was lined. I really did fall for this dress, but it was way too big in the arms. It didn't fit properly, so I ended up sending it back.

Gilli Zuli Striped Maxi Dress
I was not happy when I saw this dress because I have a shorter version of it with cap sleeves. I tried it on anyways because what's the point of Stitch Fix if you don't even try it on? On it went, and I fell in love with it. The material is so soft and I loved how the maxi hit my curves just right. I ended up keeping this one.
Street Level Juno Small Folded Clutch
My stylist sent me this so I could manage a drink in my hand while I was in Miami. I was madly in love with the color. Hot green has always been on of my favorites. Immediately my girls were arguing over who would get to keep it. I didn't let either of them because I kept it for myself. I need to get it out soon to hit the town.

I was a tad disappointed in this Stitch Fix, but 2 for 5 isn't shabby. I just prefer liking everything so I can keep that great discount.
