Parent & Tot Program

Tadpoles
Level 1
4-12 months old
This is a parent-child class that focuses on water adjustment, breath control, and safety skills.

Minnows
Level 2
13-30 months
This is a parent-toddler class that focuses on creating boundaries in and around the water.

Beginner

Leap Frogs
Level 3 
2.5-12 years old
This class teaches comfort with the basic swim skills.

Seahorses
Level 4
4 years old and up.
This is an advanced beginner course that works on control of breathing.

Intermediate 

Starfish 
Level 5
4 years old and up.
This class helps kids master breath control and strokes to gain independence in the water.

Seals
Level 6
Based on swim ability
This class helps students develop coordination of the arms, legs, breathing and body position at swim tempo.


Advanced

Sharks
Level 7
Based on swim ability
This advanced class helps refine learned techniques such as the breaststroke, freestyle, backstroke, sidestroke, and butterfly.

Stingrays
Level 8
Based on swim ability
This advanced class helps refine swimming strokes and helps build endurance.
