ONE DIRECTION: THIS IS US Movie Review

ONE DIRECTION: THIS IS US is a captivating and intimate all-access look at life on the road for the global music phenomenon. Weaved with stunning live concert footage, this inspiring feature film tells the remarkable story of Niall, Zayn, Liam, Harry and Louis' meteoric rise to fame, from their humble hometown beginnings and competing on the X-Factor, to conquering the world and performing at London’s famed O2 Arena. Hear it from the boys themselves and see through their own eyes what it's really like to be One Direction. Directed by Morgan Spurlock (Super Size Me).
Duration: 92min
MPAA: PG
Genre: Concert, Documentary,
Advisory: for mild language
IN THEATRES FRIDAY, AUGUST 30TH
I took my 2 daughters to view a 3D pre-screening. None of us really knew much about 1D, but we quickly learned to love them through this movie. There were so many humorous moments, that my 6 year old kept laughing out loud. My 10 year old became smitten with Niall, the Irish boy. It really was like nothing else, seeing the concerts shown in 3D, it was better than having front row seats & backstage access. You will be surprised to realize that you have probably heard all the songs from this soundtrack on the radio before. I suggest you go see this movie, even if you aren't currently a fan. You will completely enjoy becoming a "Directioner".
