I love finding new artists to fall in love with so I couldn't wait to pop Every Mile Mattered into my CD player while driving my kids to their many appointments. I think you might like her if you're a fan of Plumb or Evanescence. Keep reading to find out what I thought and how YOU can win your own copy of the CD.
Nichole Nordeman Every Mile Mattered
Nichole Nordeman has a voice that captures your attention and makes you want to listen closely to every note that comes out of her angelic voice. She reminded me of Plumb & Evanescence with maybe a little Dixie Chicks threw in. Yes, I know that's a crazy mix, but I can assure you that Nichole Nordeman's voice is uniquely her own.
I've only listened to the whole album once, so I need a few more times to hear the words on this soft but strong album. I say soft but strong because her voice is so light, but her words about God are strong.
If you are a Christian music fan or love any of the artists that mentioned above, I highly recommend picking up this album. I look forward to diving deeper into the music.
