30 Day Plank Challenge

About 6 weeks ago, a friend posted that she was going to attempt the 30 day plank challenge.  I love a good challenge, so I decided to do it with her.

Each day we completed we would post the day and how many rounds it took us to complete the goal.  Having a buddy to do a challenge with makes you continue on and complete your goals.  If I had done this alone I probably would have quit, because it isn't easy.

I'm going to be honest.  I think it took me 5 or 6 weeks to complete this challenge.  Also, when the challenge went over a few minutes I would break up the rounds.  I would do a minute here and there.  There is no way on the planet I could get past two minutes without breaking it up.  If you can, then you totally rock.

I made it up to 5 minutes (in multiple rounds).  Was it easy?  Heck no.  I would have to close my eyes and tell myself that I was super strong.  I totally had to talk myself through it.
