I was so excited to receive my second Stitch Fix!  It just happened to arrive when I had friends over, which made it even more fun! Since this was my second box, I had more of an idea of what to expect. If you missed reading about my first box, check it out here.

What is Stitch Fix? Stitch Fix gives you a personal stylist to pick out your clothing based on what you like, your size, and what the stylist thinks will look great on you. You'll receive 5 items in the mail. You can try on the clothes in the comfort of your own home, which I love! Whatever you like, you keep, anything else, you send back. You get a 25% discount if you decide to keep the whole box. If you choose not to keep anything you just pay the $20 styling fee. If you purchase a piece that $20 styling fee is taken off. This month I asked my stylist for something comfy and stretchy for Christmas, in either red or green. I also asked for something sparkly for New Years. I requested the same stylist as I had for the previous box, but she was out of town.

Krissy Black Skinny Pant
When I saw these jeans, I was bummed! They are so small, they look like they would fit my 12-year-old. I decided that was the whole point of this service, to actually try them on. So, I squeezed into these. It took lots of effort, but I was dazzled. Yep, this mom had on a pair of jeggings in size small, and they looked great. My husband made me feel amazing by saying that most women couldn't pull these off. Thanks, Matt, you got some bonus points. These jeans looked great with my tall boots. I decided that I will be wearing these babies to my Chris Isaak concert. I kept them!

Sheila Colorblock Cotton Top
When I opened this up, I had to laugh. I have three other shirts that look like this. It looked great on and was form fitting, but I already have three other striped shirts. So, I returned it.

Rivera Damask Textured Blouse
I was most excited to try on this top. You can't see it in the picture, but the blouse has tiny crosses all over it. I think this would be the perfect top to wear on Christmas. I haven't figured out the perfect necklace to wear with it yet, but it will happen. I love that this top is really unique. The back is longer and the shirt kind of folds open. I kept it!

Mauna Crystal Statement Necklace
I really liked this necklace. As you can see from the pictures above it looked great with everything. When you purchase all 5 items, you get a significant discount. If I had decided to keep the whole box, I totally would have kept this piece.

Remington Sleeveless Geo Print Elastic Waist Dress
This dress was totally not me. The colors and print are all wrong, and it hangs baggy. I love clothes that fit and accent. This did not do that. This went back without a second thought!

I'm hoping one day I will get to keep the whole box. That's the cool thing about Stitch Fix when you work with a stylist they learn your likes and dislikes. I kept two out of five, so not too shabby. Guess what? I'm already excited about my January box, so stay tuned for more on my Stitch Fix addiction.
