Best baked mac and cheese recipe will have your family drooling for more. Even though this recipe makes a huge batch your family will end up fighting over it. When I was in my twenties and working full time at AT&T, a co-worker brought this delicious treat in. It's been a comforting staple in our home ever since.

Best Baked Mac and Cheese Recipe

I've included my favorite Corning Ware serving dish. I think this is my most used serving dish! Pick it up here!

Ingredients:

(4) Kraft four cheese macaroni in the blue box. 
2 cups shredded four cheese
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups shredded Colby cheese
4 eggs (beaten)
8 oz half & half
1 stick of butter or margarine
seasoning salt, and salt & pepper to taste
2 TBSP of soy sauce

Directions:
*Make sure cheese, eggs, & butter are room temperature.

Cook pasta according to directions on the box. Drain water, add butter, all cheeses (except a little for the top) to hot macaroni. Stir until it melts. Add eggs, half & half, seasoning salt, soy sauce, and pepper to taste. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Bake at 425 for 25-35 minutes.
