Your machine and your vitamins are sent separately. I went online and took a survey to personalize my vitamins. You answer questions about your age, sex, if you're trying to get pregnant, do you hit a mid-day slump, your eyes, joints, etc. 

My personalized vitamin pack included an iron booster, vitamin D because I live in Michigan, eye booster, a comprehensive base, an anti-inflammatory booster, CoQ-10, beauty pack, and vitamin A. Woot! These vitamins are just for me!

Let me give you a little background information on me. I'm 43 years old. I have two girls that are teens. I work part-time, and I seem to always have a million things going on. I'm sure you can relate. I am grumpy without a daily nap. I love fitness and eating healthy. I also have autoimmune issues and quickly go anemic without iron.

I'm ready to feel better. Don't get me wrong I feel great, but there is always room for improvement.

While my vitamins were mixing my coffee brewed in my cup. The timing with the Tespo was perfect. So, you're probably wondering how these vitamins taste? I'm going to say they're not bad at all. It's kind of like having a little dose of slightly bitter orange juice before my coffee. So much easier than trying to swallow a horribly bitter vitamin.
